Forschungsschwerpunkte

Schwerpunkte der Forschung an der Professur liegen insbesondere auf dem Strafprozessrecht und dem Wirtschaftsstrafrecht (vgl. Publikationsverzeichnis). Bei beiden Themenkreisen werden Aspekte der Rechtsvergleichung immer mit einbezogen. Dazu gewinnt der Aspekt der Interaktion von Digitalisierung und Recht zunehmend an Wichtigkeit.

Wichtige Nebenthemen sind rechtstheoretisch basierte Überlegungen zum Rechtssubjekt, Untersuchungen zur verfassungsrechtlichen Wirklichkeit in der VR China, oder zum chinesischen Wirtschaftsrecht. Auch Themen wie Fachsprachenforschung zur Rechtsprache oder interkulturelle Lernforschung sind auf Grund der besonderen Situation der Professur für Chinesisches Recht an der Universität Osnabrück ständig relevant.

Im Rahmen der Forschungsschwerpunkte haben sich bereits Cluster der Zusammenarbeit mit KollegInnen in Fernost und Deutschland gebildet. In Bezug auf die VR China sind insbesondere zu erwähnen die mehrjährige Zusammenarbeit mit dem Institut für Strafjustiz der China University of Political Science and Law, sowie mit den juristischen Fakultäten der Universitäten Anhui, Nanjing und Wuhan. All diese Initiativen bewegen sich im Rahmen von erfolgreichen Fachbereichskooperationen.
